Material:
½ kg of ikan patin is already in pieces, wash clean.
Subtle Seasoning:
3 garlic granules
3 grains candlenut
1 stalk Lemongrass
½ TSP turmeric smooth
1 cm ginger
2 tsp white smooth (the bias in the grate)
1 tsp coriander powder
1 ½ tsp salt
How To Make:
Combine fish and marinade smooth add little water, stir, then let a few minutes so that the marinade seep.
Heat oil and FRY fish until dry, then the rest of the seasoning on the fries until dry (brownish), serve.
